| Fillrate Analysis |

The Fillrate Analyzer allows production planners to net customer orders and transfer demands against on hand inventory. Based on this analysis, the material planner can identify upcoming shortage of finished product and schedule the plant appropriately. |
Pick List Generator |
|
The Pick List Generator builds upon Fillrate Analysis. A warehouse manager or CSR can view a list of orders that are ready for shipment, and generate a set of pick tasks or pick lists for the warehouse personnel. Picking tasks appear automatically on the user's PDA style handheld devices. |
Order Fulfillment |
|
Picks are executed by warehouse personnel using handheld devices. Picks can be organized into wave and zone picking against one or multiple orders. As with all ASSISTics inventory transactions, the ADAGE records are updated as the inventory movements are executed. Once complete, orders are shipped via a simple, one step shipping frame. Cycle Counting |
