ASSISTics Web Order Entry, which took less than 2 months to implement, is providing Alpha Baking's customers the ability to log on to ASSISTics and create or modify sales orders over the Internet using an intuitive and efficient user interface. This functionality gives customers the flexibility to review and place orders at their convenience. It will also begin to decrease the need for customer service assistance with orders over the phone.
