ASSIST Services
Technical Services
When it comes to ADAGE1, we wrote the book. Since 1993, members of the ASSIST team have been designing, building, and implementing your ERP system in the United States and Europe. The following is an abridged list of services that we have provided over the years.
OpenROAD Programming
When you bought ADAGE1, you bought a great package. We realize, however, that there are always a few features you would like included in the system that are needed "just for you". At ASSIST, we specialize in building OpenROAD applications that bolt onto ADAGE1 without interrupting your upgrade path.
ADAGE1 Upgrades
We hope that you are staying current with your ADAGE1 release. If you need assistance with database conversion, populating new data elements, or taking advantage of new functionality, we can help. With ASSIST's help you can be sure that you will be going home on time when you go live!
Database Administration
All extensive databases require maintenance. If you're using ADAGE1, you are dealing with a pretty complicated system. We can help you with database performance, record cleanup, maintenance procedures, disaster recovery, and more. We also build database rules and procedures that compliment the ADAGE1 business logic you depend on.
Report Writing
When you write reports, you need to know three things: where the data resides, how it should be joined together, and how it should be presented. Throughout the years, we have written hundreds of reports and database components to support them. We can help you with all of your reporting needs.
Systems Integration
Systems integration can take many forms. We have used database procedures to bring in batches from a scheduling system and the Transaction Event Engine to process input from a remote order entry system. There are always options when interfacing data with ADAGE1. We can help you choose the option that's best for you.
EDI
Electronic Data Interface standards provide only a framework for business to business data exchange. At ASSIST, we understand that there may be a need to tailor transactions to the needs of you and your electronic partners. We've been making ADAGE1 EDI work for years. Below is list of some of the transactions we have worked on:
